Job summary

Atlas Care Homes Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead (RGN) for Brownlee Court Care Home in Middlesbrough. The role is full-time and permanent, offering clinical leadership to the nursing and care team and oversight of care plans, governance and medication safety.

The successful candidate will have an RGN with current NMC registration, prior care home experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

• Be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead (RGN) to join our team at Brownlee Court Care Home. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership and support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and clinical governance.
