Brook Street UK is recruiting a Team Leader for a 2 bedded children\'s residential complex in Much Hoole, Preston. The role requires leading a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care in a safe, structured environment.

You will support the Registered Manager, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and develop individual care plans while building strong relationships with children, families and professionals. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
• Previous experience in a senior or team leader role within a children\'s residential setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for making a difference in young people\'s lives.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one).

Team Leader - 2 Bedded Children's Residential Complex EBD Home Location: Much Hoole, Preston Salary: £15 per hour / £31,200 per annum + £30 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 1 on 2 off Brook Street Social Care , in proud partnership with a respected children's residential care provider in Lancashire , is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join their compassionate and growing team in Much Hoole, Preston.

About the Role

As a Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment. You will lead a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
