Job summary

National Autistic Society in Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide residential care staff at Catrine Bank. You will support autistic adults, coordinate shifts, and promote independence within a small, remote community setting.

The role requires resilience, compassion and strong leadership to ensure high-quality support across three houses and two cottages, with a focus on person-centred care. An enabling team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.
• Patience and commitment.
• Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
