Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Team Leader for Summerfield Court in Bramley, Leeds, to help people gain more independence and support the manager with daily operations.

You will supervise shifts, induct new colleagues, conduct supervisions and appraisals, and help update care plans while ensuring medication is ordered and finances are managed. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care and prior experience in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care/health settings.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Strong communication with colleagues, managers and people supported.
