Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to drive a smooth shift, uphold high standards, and ensure customers leave happy. You will lead by example, deputise for managers in their absence, and coordinate the team during peak times, maintaining a safe, clean bar and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are skilled in customer relations, team leadership, and quick problem solving, delivering a warm welcome to every guest.

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
