Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for our pub network in Leigh on Sea. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, the team has what it needs, and customers are kept happy.

You’ll deputise for management, organise a busy team, pour pints to a high standard, and uphold safety and cleanliness. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive community-focused environment.
