Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and support the management team across busy shifts. You will lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to run the shift like clockwork and keep customers happy.

A strong focus on safety, compliance, and service with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere is essential. You will be a key driver in maintaining high standards, coaching colleagues, and coordinating tasks to deliver smooth service in a vibrant pub

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
