Portman Recruitment's client is seeking a Team Leader for a Children's Residential Home in the UK. You will supervise day-to-day care, lead the staff team, and deputise for the Deputy Manager when needed.
The role comes with a competitive package including base salary, sleep-in payments, allowances, robust induction, generous leave and progression opportunities. A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
Salary: £41,680 - £48,944 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

As a Team Leader, you'll support the day‑to‑day care of the young people while ensuring the home operates to the highest standards. You'll lead and support the staff team, promote positive relationships and be prepared to deputise for the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager when required.
