Salary: £41,680 - £48,944 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

Those Huge Small Victories

Working in our client's Children’s Homes means becoming an important part of a young person's everyday life. You'll be there through both the highs and the lows, helping children and young people rebuild their confidence, develop independence and create brighter futures.

Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes for every child in their care. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in making positive changes, celebrating every milestone, no matter how small.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll support the day‑to‑day care of the young people while ensuring the home operates to the highest standards. You'll lead and support the staff team, promote positive relationships and be prepared to deputise for the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager when required.

This role would suit someone who is compassionate, resilient and able to inspire others while creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people.

What's on Offer?

Our client recognises the dedication of their employees and offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: £35,400 - £42,664 per annum
  • Up to 3 sleep‑ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approximately £2,880 per year)
  • Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
  • £2,000 Regional Allowance
  • £1,000 Welcome Bonus (upon successful completion of probation)
  • £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months' service)
  • Comprehensive 4-week induction programme
  • 7 weeks' annual leave
  • Excellent career progression opportunities, including management development programmes
  • Flexible benefits package with options to enhance holiday entitlement, pension and life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support
  • Medical cashback scheme for healthcare expenses such as dental and optical costs
  • High street discounts
  • Meals provided whilst on shift
  • Modern, well‑equipped residential homes
  • Refer‑a‑friend bonus scheme (£1,000)
About You
