Job summary

Everyone Active at Easton Leisure Centre is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise the pool safely, lead a diverse team, and uphold excellent customer service standards. The role requires DBS clearance and may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts, with training provided for NPLQ and other qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ).
• First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team in line with company values.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre.
• Cover Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
• Demonstrate strong time management and deadline adherence.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

We need a Team Leader who will:

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required. NPLQ training will be provided. First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are required and training will also be provided.

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
