Everyone Active at Acton Centre offers an 12-month apprenticeship for an Apprentice Recreation Assistant. You will train on site and off the job, aiming to achieve a Level 2 Leisure Team Member qualification.

As part of a motivated team, you will develop communication, customer service, and safety skills, including DBS clearance and potentially additional lifeguard qualifications as you progress.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

We need an Apprentice Recreation Assistant who will…

• Want to ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Ensure equipment setups are completed safely and on time

National Pool Lifeguard qualification will be gained during the course so you’ll need to be able to swim to a competent level. You’ll also achieve a swimming teacher and fitness qualification. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and requires an enhanced DBS check which we will complete before you start.
