Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of care workers and domiciliary staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and responding to duty shifts across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will lead risk assessments, support planning, and ensure compliance with the Mental Capacity Act, medication administration, and quality audits.

The role requires at least two years in social care and Level 2 English/Maths, with a view to Diploma Level 3 in

• Minimum two years’ experience in a social care setting.
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Willingness to undertake and complete a Diploma Level 3 in Care and the Care Certificate.

Responsibilities
