Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader who leads by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers are kept happy. You’ll support the management team, motivate the bar and kitchen staff, and uphold high standards of service and safety on every shift.

You’ll be a practical problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude, comfortable guiding a busy team, handling bookings, allergen controls, and delivering a warm, memorable welcome to every guest.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
