Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Milton Malsor is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift. You’ll support the team, ensure high standards and keep customers happy, while role-modeling excellent service and safety.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold legal and hygiene standards. The role offers a competitive salary, pension, and a range of staff benefits.
