Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to guide a busy shift and ensure high standards while the team delivers a warm, memorable service. You will deputise for management, coordinate the crew, and resolve issues swiftly to keep service flowing and customers satisfied.

You'll thrive on a fast pace, demonstrate a can-do attitude, and maintain strong English communication. This role offers development across our well-known brands, with substantial staff discounts and other benefits.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
  A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
