Job summary

Hungry Horse in Blackpool is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and the service runs smoothly. You’ll uphold high standards and keep customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, and make sure the bar stays safe, legal, and clean, delivering a warm welcome and a memorable experience.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
