Job summary

Greene King operates Chef & Brewer pubs nationwide, inviting customers to enjoy home‑style pubs with great food and drinks. As a Team Leader, you will guide the team to deliver a memorable visit, maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will deputise for management during busy shifts, coordinate colleagues, and ensure safety and compliance while upholding the brand’s customer‑focused service ethos across our busy pub sites.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail and accuracy to ensure quality service.
• Role model to the team, delivering consistent high standards.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to busy shift demands.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team collaboration.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
