Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring superb customer experiences and smooth operation. You’ll support the management team, coordinate a motivated team, and maintain safety, legality, and cleanliness on the bar.

You’ll need great attention to detail, a strong service mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This role emphasizes teamwork and impeccable standards across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
