The Role

As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to achieve key targets that drive the success of your store.

What You Will Do:
  1. Coach and mentor staff, ensuring they are set up for success.
  2. Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, with incentives and prizes to recognize success.
  3. Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll, budgets, stock loss prevention, and store procedures.
  4. Step in during the Store Manager's absence to keep everything running smoothly.
  5. As a key holder, ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and lead your team by example.
