Optimal Living Limited in Swindon is seeking a Team Leader in Supported Living (Learning Disabilities & Autism). You will lead a small, dedicated team to help adults live independently with dignity, choice and high-quality, person-centred care.

Shift pattern: Earlies, lates, long days, weekends; sleep-ins/waking nights may be required (service dependent)

As Team Leader, you\'ll lead by example, providing guidance and support to the staff team to maintain consistently high standards of care. You\'ll help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, mentor and develop colleagues, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support.
This is a hands-on role that includes direct care, leadership responsibilities, shift work and participation in the on-call rota.
