Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub team, ensuring smooth shifts, high standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

You\'ll deputise for managers, resolve issues on the floor, train new staff, and maintain safety and cleanliness. The role offers a competitive salary and extensive staff benefits across the Greene King brands.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications
