Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide our pub team, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork and customers enjoy a warm, memorable visit. You’ll uphold high standards, support the management team in their absence, and coordinate staff during busy periods to keep service efficient and friendly.

As a Team Leader, you’ll champion safety, compliance, and a welcoming atmosphere, while exemplifying excellent service and teamwork to deliver great hospitality at our venues.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
