Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and the team has everything they need. You’ll maintain high standards and keep customers happy.

As a Team Leader you’ll deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy shifts, and ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
