Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the service runs like clockwork and our customers stay happy, returning for the friendly atmosphere and great food and drink.

You’ll deputise for the management team, resolve issues, coordinate the team during busy periods, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
