Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a Team Leader for The Boundary in Reading. You will motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, coaching colleagues and supporting management to execute our vision.

This role focuses on maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, with a buzz around our pub classics, great beer, cocktails, and sport. You’ll join a diverse, enthusiastic team at a prime city centre venue.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The Boundary. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
