Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Team Leader to support young people in a stimulating, nurturing home environment at The Beeches UK. The role involves guiding daily life, contributing to care plans, and building strong relationships to foster independence and resilience.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 1 day on/2 days off rotation; sleep-ins included. Salary is £31,907 per annum, with overtime paid at time and a quarter after 40 hours.
