Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers to join The Beeches UK in Peterborough on a full-time basis. You will support young people, help them develop life skills and independence, and contribute to individual care plans in a nurturing home environment.

You should have experience in care or related settings, a person-centred approach, and a Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in care, education or support settings is preferred.
• Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People’s Residential Care is essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred and willingness to drive as needed.
• Positive, resilient, and collaborative team player who can flex across shifts.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location:The Beeches UK

Hours:40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary:£36,629 per annum + up to £700 additional pay per month for sleep-in shifts

Sleep-in Pay:Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked)

Shift Pattern:1 day on, 2 days off rotation

Overtime:Paid at time and a quarter (at normal rate) once the minimum 40 hours are worked
