Job summary

Chef & Brewer at Greene King is seeking a Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork, and the team maintains high standards to keep customers happy.

You’ll support the management team during busy periods, organise the team efficiently, and ensure the bar remains safe, legal, and spotless. Northampton area experience a plus and a passion for great service is essential.

Qualifications

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to run like clockwork.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, with quick, safe issue resolution.
