Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Maidstone is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what they need and delivering a memorable customer experience.

You will deputise for the management team, organise and coordinate staff, and keep the bar safe, legal and clean while maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, with issues dealt with quickly and safely.
