Job summary

Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is seeking a Team Leader to guide a pub shift, ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. You will support the management team, coordinate staff, and maintain a safe, compliant bar environment while delivering warm service and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
• Attention to detail in pouring pints.
• Lead by example in delivering great service.
• Think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Positive can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform duties and understand allergen controls.
