Job summary

Chopstix is seeking a proactive Team Leader to lead from the front, run shifts and support a fast-paced store operation. You’ll coach your team, ensure great food and service, and keep shifts running smoothly across all areas of the store.

As part of QSRP, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer experiences, grow with the business, and enjoy a flexible hybrid work ethos in a modern, collaborative environment with opportunities across international head offices.

About the position

Team Leader → Lead from the front and set the tone every shift.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
