Job summary

Shaftesbury Horizons in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations and lead a care team in a supportive, inclusive environment. The role involves day work with occasional night shifts.

Team Leader – Shaftesbury Horizons (Poole, Dorset)

Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference? At Shaftesbury Horizons, we’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to help shape a supportive, inclusive environment where people can truly thrive. Please note this role will be predominantly day work but will include the occasional night shift. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for both the people we support and your team. Key responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
