Job summary

Mecca in Blyth is seeking a Team Leader to run a busy shift, brief the team, and manage rota within your zone to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

You will drive frontline leadership, monitor customer satisfaction and service speed, and coach staff for consistent performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications
