What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage the daily operations of Priority Parking, ensuring all documentation is correct, vehicles are returned and parked correctly.
• Ensure customer vehicles are driven and parked safely.
• Maintain communication with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and Service Delivery Supervisor (SDS).
• Handle customer issues or complaints on site, conducting initial investigations.
• Comply with company policies, health and safety laws, and relevant legislation.
• Support and deputise for the SDS to maintain standards and compliance.
• Organise, manage, and motivate the team during shifts.
• Ensure staff follow operational procedures and practices.
• Induct and train new staff, monitor performance, and develop team members.
• Protect company assets and revenues.
• Complete shift handover forms.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and best practices.
• Record incidents accurately and follow up on actions.
• Ensure staff conform to uniform regulations.
