Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days & 2 nights, 12 hours each

Salary: £28,674.00 Per Annum

Join our friendly team at Luton Airport as a Team Leader.

What you’ll do
  • Monitor and manage the daily operations of Priority Parking, ensuring proper documentation and vehicle readiness.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are driven and parked safely.
  • Maintain communication with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and Service Delivery Supervisor (SDS).
  • Handle customer issues and carry out initial investigations.
  • Comply with company policies, health and safety laws, and relevant legislation.
  • Support and deputise for the SDS to maintain standards and compliance.
  • Organise, manage, and motivate the team across shifts.
  • Ensure staff follow operating procedures and practices.
  • Induct, train, and develop team members; monitor performance.
  • Protect company assets and revenues.
  • Complete shift handovers accurately.
  • Adhere to health & safety requirements and best practices.
  • Record incidents thoroughly and follow up on actions.
  • Ensure staff conform to uniform regulations.
