Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy retail team at Fort William Retail Park. You will drive customer service, performance, and store standards while delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

The role focuses on coaching, daily operations, and engaging customers with up-to-date product knowledge. This Permanent - Part Time position offers a structured bonus scheme and a supportive team environment.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
