Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in the UK retailer sector is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team, delivering outstanding customer service, strong visual merchandising, and smooth store operations. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, manage daily duties, and drive sales KPIs while upholding health and safety and building a welcoming store atmosphere.

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
