Job summary

Greene King Ventures is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork, the bar is well organised, and every guest receives a heartfelt, memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You’ll deputise for the management team, resolve issues on the floor, coordinate the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, and maintain allergen controls while delivering consistently warm and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
