Millennium Support is seeking committed leaders to inspire teams and deliver high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and distress behaviours. We offer training to help you progress, and welcome applicants willing to work towards Level 3 in health and social care.

Join us to lead by example, develop people, and help create safe homes, meaningful friendships, and lasting skills for those we support. This is a role where respect, freedom and fulfilling lives come first.

• Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what's important to them.
• Build a positive and person-centred environment
• Grow and champion our Advanced Support Workers
• Build rotas to make sure the teams covered
• Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support
• Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely
• Bring in new team members and support them to thrive
• Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen
