Location: RH11 8PA

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday – Sunday.

Salary Offered: GBP27,300 per annum.

The role and responsibilities:

• The role involves supporting people with a variety of complex needs, including mental health to live as independently as possible in a supported living environment with the potential to transition to full independent living.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a team of staff.
• Supported by the Registered Manager to ensure that there is effective engagement with multi–disciplinary teams to support the people living in the service. This will include managing the team to support adults to live independently with support/signposting to access Hub–based and Wellbeing services to build increased community resilience for individuals.
• Ensure the promotion of non–medical solutions and mental wellbeing, development of self–management strategies, supporting people to address any health issues as well as accessing therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure the provision of a quality recovery focused approach to people who may present with complex needs, for example, anxiety or depression, alongside other issues – drug or alcohol misuse or debt problems etc.; supporting people to self–manage long term health conditions using a range of techniques and in a non–judgmental way respecting diversity and lifestyle choices.
