Greene King is seeking a Team Leader at one of our community pubs in the Haywards Heath area. You will lead the shift, support the team, and ensure service runs smoothly while maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, help organise the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean. A positive can‑do attitude and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Team Leader, youll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! Youll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

What you’ll bring…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
