Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to empower the team and keep shifts running like clockwork. You\'ll ensure high standards and keep customers happy with warm, attentive service.

You will lead by example, deputise for management when needed, and coordinate during busy periods, ensuring bar safety, compliance, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and a warm welcome to customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
