Greene King pubs are looking for a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and the service runs smoothly. You’ll model great service and support staff to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will deputise for the management team, coordinate the crew during peak times, keep the bar safe and compliant with allergen controls, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient and high-standard operation across the shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and a positive guest experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.
• Clear communication and quick decision making during busy periods.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
