Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader at our Harrogate location. You will train and support new baristas, energise and motivate the team, and uphold high standards in service and coffee excellence.

Lead with energy, confidence and adaptability, ensuring smooth shifts and great guest experiences in a busy cafe environment.
