Job summary

Asda in Harlow is looking for a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of the department on days shifts. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and help deliver the best possible service to customers.

You’ll work closely with your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated and focused, while welcoming new starters and solving problems on the shop floor. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive pay rate and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor.
