Job summary

Asda Colindale is looking for a Team Leader to guide the day-to-day running of the department, lead by example and ensure our customers receive the best possible service on the shop floor.

You'll manage stock, support new starters and work with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This full-time, permanent role offers 36 hours per week, days shifts, with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
