Our staff are our greatest asset, and we strive to be supportive, inclusive, and child-centred by ensuring effective supervision, manageable caseloads, and a healthy work-life balance.

Our vision is to support children and young people to live safely with their families wherever possible. We have redesigned our services to ensure the right support is provided at the right time, and our staff are involved in service development and improvement initiatives.
