We’re now looking for a Team Lead to support, mentor, and drive excellence across our HR & Payroll Implementations team. This is a player-coach role, combining delivery responsibilities with team leadership. You’ll manage a small team of Implementation Consultants while also owning your own portfolio of clients. You’ll be instrumental in optimising our implementation processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers across both Employment Hero and Employment Hero Payroll.
You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and confident in leading through change. This is a high-velocity environment – you’ll lead by example, maintain oversight of multiple projects, and guide your team to deliver seamless implementations.
