Role Overview: We seek a Software Engineering Lead with both technical expertise and strategic vision, happy with a lesser hands-on role, ensuring team leadership and driving team performance, this is key. You will monitor and report on team performance, drive continuous improvement and define and uphold best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable server-side Java logic, collaborate across teams to deliver full-stack features, optimize SQL performance, integrate search engines like Solr, conduct testing to ensure quality, mentor junior developers, support customer issue resolution, follow industry best practices.
