Role Overview:

As a Team Leader in Dependency and Recovery Services, you will manage a multidisciplinary team working in a hybrid model across probation units in Grimsby and Scunthorpe. Your responsibilities include team leadership, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support a team of practitioners delivering services to adult males on probation.
2. Ensure effective service delivery and stakeholder engagement, including probation offices.
3. Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention efforts.
4. Travel across designated locations to oversee service operations and attend meetings.
5. Ensure compliance with all security and vetting procedures, including DBS and HMPPS checks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience managing teams, performance, and development.
• Interest in motivating and developing staff.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of procedures and policies within the criminal justice sector.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience managing high caseloads, conducting assessments, and maintaining case records.
