Ole & Steen UK is seeking a Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead a shift in their absence.

You will greet guests warmly, model high standards and help foster an atmosphere where made-by-hand quality meets approachable luxury. Lead from the front and inspire your teams to deliver a high level of guest experience in a welcoming environment.

You’ll have a passion for great customer service, for people, coffee, food and hospitality and be excited to join us on our mission to be the world’s most loved bakery.
